What is your 100% Quality Guarantee? Delighting and delivering the highest quality gourmet treats to our customers is our primary concern. We handcraft our gourmet popcorn daily, in small batches, to ensure freshness. If you are not 100% delighted with our gourmet treats, please let us know and we’ll do whatever we can to make it right.
Do you ship outside of the U.S.? At this time, Popcorn Junkie only ships within the U.S.
Can I ship to a P.O. Box? No, FedEx does not deliver to P.O. Boxes.
Shipping & Return Policy - We currently only ship within the US and use FedEx Ground for shipping. FedEx does not ship to P.O. boxes so please be sure to enter a street address at checkout to avoid delays while process your order. Our gourmet popcorn is made fresh to order before shipping. We generally ship same day for orders received before 2pm Eastern Time (Mon-Sat) or the following business day for orders received after 2pm Eastern Time, on a Sunday or holiday. Providing incomplete or inaccurate information during the order process may delay your order. You will be notified using the email you registered, when your purchase has been shipped. Please visit www.FedEx.com for details specific to your "ship to" location. Fed Ex business delivers Monday to Friday. It’s generally cheaper to send to a business address.
Local Customers: For your convenience, select "In-store pick-up" for local pick-up orders only. You can indicate the estimated time for pick-up in the comments section at check. Please leave your phone number in case we need to reach you.
How do I submit a donation and sponsorship requests?
We are committed to giving back to the communities we serve. We have had the privilege of giving back to organizations like the Parramore Kidz Zone and Black Bee Honey, Florida Citrus Sports Summer Camp, Harbor House, Compassion Hands & Hearts, OCPS, Kids Behind the Lens (Epilepsy Association), Brest Cancer Awareness, and others. Unfortunately, we are unable to support every request. We continue to work with our existing partnerships and we will continue to evaluate our giving program and partnerships each year. However, we are currently not accepting additional donation or sponsorship requests at this time.
How can we learn more about your fundraising programs?
We LOVE helping kids raise money to support the things they love doing as well as supporting organizations doing GOOD in their communities. That's what Popcorn Junkie's "Poppin' Profits" fundraising program is all about. We keep it FUN & SIMPLE. You can earn up to 50% of the profits for your program selling our delicious, fresh handcrafted popcorn. Use the "Contact Us" form on our website to request your fundraising package and get started POPPING UP PROFITS!
Where can I find ingredient and allergy information? Allergy Information: Our handcrafted products are produced in our facility where peanuts, tree nuts, milk, cheese, dairy and soy products are used. Please be aware that other products may be exposed to these ingredients even if they are not included as an ingredient. Ingredients: Popcorn Junkie takes special care, often at additional expense to us, to ensure we use the highest quality ingredients when making our delicious gourmet treats for you. Without revealing proprietary information, a brief description of the product is included as part of the product description or on our menu of Flavors. However, you may "Contact Us" if you have specific questions regarding ingredients used. If you have any concerns, please consult a qualified medical professional before use.
